Location: East Valley (Queen Creek, Gilbert, San Tan Valley)
Position Overview
Diversified Roofing is seeking skilled Tile Roofing Crews to support our growing residential division. Crews will focus on new build tract homes, completing high-volume installations while maintaining quality, safety, and production timelines.
This role is ideal for established crews looking for consistent work, strong earning potential, and long-term partnership with a leading roofing contractor.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install tile and complete dry ins for roofing systems on new construction residential (tract home) projects
  • Complete jobs efficiently while meeting production quotas
  • Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
  • Coordinate with Superintendents and field leadership
  • Follow all OSHA and safety guidelines

Crew Structure & Requirements
