Job description

We are seeking a professional with experience in flooring systems, epoxy floors, tile installation, and substrate preparation, with the ability to develop sales opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and assist with inventory and administrative operations related to flooring and construction materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in the flooring and construction industry.
  • Sell epoxy flooring systems, tile installation products, and surface preparation materials.
  • Follow up on quotations, orders, and deliveries.
  • Provide customer service and technical support.
  • Increase client base and generate new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and maintain basic inventory control.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Assist with inventory administration and sales operations.
  • Coordinate logistics and supplier communications.
  • Utilize administrative systems and reporting tools.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in construction, flooring, epoxy flooring, tile installation, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of substrate preparation and flooring systems.
  • Bilingual required: English and Spanish.
  • Experience in sales and customer service.
  • Experience using QuickBooks or similar administrative systems.
