Job description

The successful candidate will be experienced in multiple facets in the construction industry including
but not limited to rough carpentry, finish carpentry, flooring (tile, carpet), painting, caulking, stucco
application, concrete finishing, drywall installation and finishing procedures. The candidate will
possess impeccable personal integrity and business ethics, and a demonstrated track record as a team
player. Any additional construction skills such as plumbing, electrical, tile installation etc. are
definitely a plus. 3-5 years’ experience in the industry is preferred.
Skills/Abilities Required:
General knowledge of construction terminology and standards.
Experience with rough carpentry, interior trim, and punch out.
Must be organized, punctual and reliable.
Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Candidates must have their own transportation and a valid drivers license.
Willing to travel (continental US)
Must have own tools.
Responsibilities for Punch out Specialist
Be able to physically perform and/or oversee all aspects of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, or
any other trade that is to be done on the project.
Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities
Ability to follow directions, and able to self-motivate
Keep communication open with other employees and subcontractors to keep tracking progress of
project.
Assist with any other tasks as needed within the scope of the project.
Ensure a safe work environment.
