PT CSR - Work-Based Learning
This role is part of Mohawk Industries Work-Based Learning Program (WBLP) andis only open to qualifying students currently enrolled in a High School WBL program. The WBLP with Mohawk is designed to allow students the ability to learn, develop and build onto their industry related skills within Commercial Customer Service, while completing a High School curriculum.
Your Role:
  • Enter sales orders and order changes including price quotations, preparation and follow-up on purchase orders, and confirmation of shipment dates
  • Respond to customer needs and demonstrate teamwork to ensure achievement of goals
  • Manage 40-80 calls from customers/sales a day

Qualifications:
  • Rising High School Junior or Senior, at least 17 years old
  • 11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good voice quality that is conversational and professional.
  • Building strong relationships and working collaboratively to achieve goals
  • Adapting to changing situations, circumstances, and audiences
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required
