Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for general warehouse operations support, such as order picking, palletizing, simple kitting, and warehouse assistance.

General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily order picking and fulfillment from customer orders provided by the TIG warehouse lead and supervisor. Strict attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to quality control processes.
  • Scan products, palletize orders according to instructions, and prepare for wrapping and shipping.
  • Simple kit assembly and packaging following standardized instructions and training.
  • Provide general warehouse support as needed, such as organizing products, and maintaining clean and safe work areas.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
  • Experience and competence with computers.
  • Ability to use a pallet jack and other basic warehouse equipment.
