Position Summary
Join the team that helps create unforgettable live event experiences. As a member of our Guest Services team, you'll welcome guests, guide them to their seats, and ensure everyone feels safe, informed, and excited from the moment they arrive. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to play a part in delivering memorable moments for thousands of guests.
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests as they arrive and scan tickets to ensure smooth and efficient entry into the venue.
  • Assist guests in finding their assigned seats and navigating the facility with confidence.
  • Provide friendly, professional service while answering questions and sharing information about venue amenities.
  • Respond promptly and calmly to guest situations such as medical issues, disputes, or other incidents, and communicate with supervisors when needed.
  • Assist guests who may be separated from their group, including helping reunite lost children with their families.
  • Maintain accurate documentation when needed, including incident reports and lost-and-found logs.
  • Help create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for every guest attending the event.

Qualifications & Skills
  • On-the-job training will be provided.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous in a fast-paced event environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to assist guests with a variety of needs.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team during busy events.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for the duration of a shift (typically 6-8 hours).
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, including potential exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and event days as scheduled.

  • Holiday shifts paid at time and a half.
  • Sick time accrual at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, usable in 2-hour increments or more.
