Customer Service & Cashier Support

Ed Martin Acura | 3800 E 96th Street Indianapolis, IN 46240

Full-time position | Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM | Every other Saturday 7AM-2PM

Responsibilities

  • Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket

  • Make change accurately and issue receipts to customer

  • Operate switchboard telephone system and answer incoming phones, directing them to the correct department

  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold

  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees

  • Make daily follow up calls to service customers
  • Maintain lounge inventory (snacks/beverages, etc)
  • Learn Warranty submission as back up to the Warranty Admin. 
  • Scan documents to Reynolds & Reynolds
  • Close Internal Service RO's.
  • Other clerical duties as assigned

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
