Job description

Ticket Sales Agents are responsible for selling all lift tickets, rental packages, and fielding guest inquires with professionalism and quality customer service. Ticket window agents will need to retain knowledge of all products offered at Homewood Mountain Resort. Agents will need to appropriatelydirect guests to offices and facilities around the resort based on what activities guests wish to enjoy at Homewood Mountain Resort.
