POSITION SUMMARY:
The Premium Service Account Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Rhode Island FC Season Ticket Members through proactive communication, relationship management, and retention-focused initiatives. This role manages a defined portfolio of accounts, drives renewal success, identifies revenue opportunities, and supports matchday and community engagement efforts. The Premium Service Account Executive plays a critical role in ensuring a best-in-class fan experience while upholding organizational standards for service, communication, and operational excellence. The Premium Service Account Executive will coordinate related projects, responsibilities and initiatives that support ancillary events at Centreville Bank Stadium.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for retention of season ticket members in the defined portfolio of accounts by providing best-in-class customer service.
• Seek additional revenue opportunities through outreach to current season ticket members by add-on season ticket sales, seat upgrades, and referrals within the portfolio.
• Consistently achieve or exceed required hustle metrics, including call totals, talk time, referrals, and appointments.
• Meet club-determined renewal rate targets for assigned season ticket accounts.
• Build strong relationships with a defined portfolio of accounts through proactive communication, including seat/suite visits, phone calls, emails, and other touchpoints.
• Focus on delivering an exceptional fan experience on matchday and collaborate across departments to ensure consistent communication and personalized interactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and effectively communicate team happenings, events, member benefits, and stadium details relevant to assigned accounts.
• Ensure all customer and account data is accurate, complete, and updated in required systems.
• Support Ticket Sales Account Executives with group sales fulfillment, including pre-event questions and communication of instructions for matchday experiences.
• Represent RIFC at various community events such as festivals, youth sports tournaments, and partner events.
• Become proficient in the use of the SeatGeek ticketing platform.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Critical Ancillary Stadium Event Support: RIFC & Centreville Bank Stadium operate as "one team" therefore you, from time to time, will be directed to provide support and on occasion work as assigned for events at Centreville Bank Stadium.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sports business, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Ability to meet or exceed performance metrics and work in a results-driven environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven setting with non-traditional hours.
• Professional presence with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and represent the organization at public events.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to learn new software platforms, including ticketing systems.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE:
• Role requires availability for all Rhode Island FC home matches and applicable Centreville Bank Stadium events.
• Position is based in Rhode Island with regular in-person presence at the team office and stadium.
