GA Discrete Event Simulation Throughput Digital Twin Models
- Develop and update the Throughput Discrete Event Simulation (DES) Digital Twin model per the current GA Manufacturing Operations (MO) design.
- Monitor DES Digital Twin performance, identify issues, and address them for correction.
GA DES Digital Twin Data
- Develop the Throughput data collection design for future installations in MO GA
- Document the Throughput DES Digital twin model and data collection design in
- the Throughput Functional View (TFV) and supply to Execution team
- Monitor Throughput data collection, ensure it was implemented to design, and collecting properly.
- Ensure DTR Mapping is appropriate, and update when needed
- Correct throughput data collection plc logic as needed
GA Phase 0 Data
- Add and ensure classification of MO data collection stations with Phase 0 IDs.
- Update, add, and delete Phase 0 Id’s as needed based on reviews of actual performance compared to the Phase 0 performance
- Review Phase 0 ID’s with TAS engineers, and support TAS studies with new or adjusted Phase 0 ID’s
Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Body/Paint Center on standards for Throughput DES Digital
- Twin modeling and Phase 0 data
- Collaborate and train Execution on Throughput DES Digital twin data collection standards
TIP Support
- Apply TAS data to MO Throughput Tools (TBIA, BoX, DES Digital Twin)
- Monitor MO Throughput Tools (TBIA, BoX, DES Digital Twin), identify issues, and address them for correction.
- Assist MO as needed/requested using MO Throughput tools (e.g. TBIA, BoX) and be the liaison for MO TAS Studies.
- Provide Training and support for the Current MO Throughput tools (e.g. TBIA,BoX)
