Job description

TEAM LEADER

Multiple Markets  •  Multiple Campaigns

Lead from the Front. Develop People. Drive Impact.

Team Leaders turn individual talent into team strength. You will train new hires, coach performance, run daily debriefs, support operations, and help develop the next generation of Threshold leaders — while still setting the pace in the field yourself. F2F experience field fundraising is required.

What You’ll Do
  • Train new hires and coach ongoing staff development
  • Lead daily debriefs and deliver direct, useful feedback
  • Monitor team performance, scheduling, pairings, and reporting
  • Canvass consistently and model the standard in the field
  • Identify strong fundraisers and develop future leaders
The Team Leader Standard

2.0  Personal donor target per shift

1.6  Minimum personal average

40   Team donors per week

$27/hr base pay + bonuses

Bonus structure: Donor #6 earns $100, plus another $100 for every donor beyond that (chargebacks apply).
