Support Staff Analysts

Threat Tec is hiring Support Staff Analysts across OPFOR Work Areas Alpha/Bravo/Charlie/Delta to plan, execute, and assess OPFOR operations during MCTP events. You will integrate maneuver and enabling functions, maintain the OPFOR common operational picture, and deliver realistic, adaptive opposition.

Responsibilities

  • Assist WA leads with OPFOR planning, synchronization, and battle tracking; develop inputs to OPORDs/FRAGOs and reporting.
  • Create and manage control measures, OOB updates, and event injects within WARSIM/JLCCTC and EXCON tools; coordinate with WSCs.
  • Replicate staff processes that challenge training audiences across the warfighting functions and echelons.
  • Capture observations and data to support AARs and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship.
  • 3+ years of staff experience at brigade/division (operations, plans, intel, fires, sustainment, or protection).
  • Familiarity with decisive action scenarios and Army/Joint planning processes (MDMP/JOPP).
  • Technical aptitude with constructive sims or rapid learner.

Desired

  • Prior OPFOR, MCTP, or CTC experience; CPCE/JEMM familiarity; data/visualization skills.
  • MOS/FA backgrounds spanning maneuver and enabling WfFs.

$70,000 - $90,000 a year Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors including experience, education, certifications, security clearance requirements, internal equity, and customer or contract requirements.
