  • Partner with Brand & Creative on presentation visuals and on-stage storytelling
  • Ensure alignment with the Landmark master narrative, positioning, and strategic priorities
  • Support leaders in sounding authentic, confident, and consistent—not overly scripted
  • Maintain visibility into upcoming thought-leadership moments, deadlines, and event needs
Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

Execute and manage internal communications that reinforce clarity, momentum, and trust across the organization.

  • Own execution of the Landmark internal newsletter and recurring updates
  • Write and edit internal articles, leadership messages, and organizational announcements
  • Partner with HR on organizational updates, change communications, and employee engagement moments
  • Curate and publish content on Viva Engage and other internal platforms
  • Translate complex initiatives into clear, concise, employee-ready messaging
  • Ensure internal communications support alignment and understanding—not noise
What Success Looks Like
  • Leaders are consistently well-prepared for external speaking moments
  • Thought-leadership content is clear, on-message, and delivered on time
  • Internal communications are trusted, readable, and relevant
  • Employees understand what’s happening, why it matters, and what’s next
  • Reduced last-minute scrambling for executive scripts, decks, or messaging
Qualifications
Core Skills & Capabilities
  • Strong writing and editing skills across speeches, scripts, and internal communications
  • Ability to tailor messaging for different audiences (leaders, employees, external stakeholders)
  • Comfort working directly with senior leaders in high-visibility situations
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Collaborative mindset across Marketing, Brand, HR, and Corporate Communications
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality
Preferred Background
  • 5–8 years of experience in communications, content, thought leadership, or internal communications
  • Experience supporting leaders or executives in a B2B, enterprise, or technical environment
  • Proven ability to write for both internal and external audiences
  • Familiarity with newsletters, intranets, Viva Engage, or similar internal platforms
  • Energy, industrial, or enterprise technology experience is a plus
