Job description

Become part of the team that serves breakfast and lunch to horsemen and Thoroughbred Racing lovers alike! Must be able to work Monday through Sundays, 5 am to 2 pm. Horse sales and race meets 5am-5pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves the line of customers as they pass through.
  • Replaces empty bins of hot foods.
  • Sends orders to the kitchen for preparation.
  • Wipes tables and seats with cleaning cloths.
  • Carries dirty dishes to kitchen.
  • Sets tables with appropriate condiments.
  • Customer service is a plus.
  • Transportation needed
  • Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts
  • Oriented toward serving others and helping customers
  • Customer-service skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service to both patrons and other employees.
