Equine Veterinary Care is seeking an Equine Veterinarian to join our growing team, working primarily at Delaware Park Racetrack with opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic racing circuit. We are looking for either an experienced racetrack veterinarian or an internship-trained veterinarian seeking strong mentorship, collaborative medicine, and long-term career growth in Thoroughbred racing.


This role is designed with sustainability and work-life balance in mind, featuring a protected 4-day work week, rotating weekends, and a shared emergency structure supported by a veterinary triage system to reduce unnecessary overnight calls.
