You will be accountable for multiple scrum teams and product resources, owning prioritization, scope, and delivery outcomes across the full product lifecycle-from discovery and requirements through build, testing, implementation, and post-release optimization. This role sits at the intersection of risk strategy, data, and technology and requires the ability to quickly learn and influence an ecosystem of interdependent platforms and services. You will partner closely with Risk, Technology, Data, and Control stakeholders to translate business objectives into well-formed epics, features, and stories that deliver measurable business value within established release trains. In addition to strong product leadership skills, this role requires technical proficiency and comfort engaging deeply with modern data and cloud patterns-specifically AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and GenAI-enabled capabilities-to improve decisioning agility, data quality, and time-to-market.

Job responsibilities:

  • Own delivery plans across multiple initiatives, continuous improvement work, and modernization efforts through the full product lifecycle
  • Drive prioritization and trade-offs across competing demands, balancing business value, risk and compliance needs, operational readiness, and engineering capacity
  • Partner with product, design, technology, and stakeholders to understand needs and define clear feature requirements
  • Translate business and design requirements into executable scope for development and user acceptance testing
  • Refine features, epics, and stories to the level of detail required for build and testing while protecting intended outcomes
  • Decompose complex initiatives into executable features, epics, and stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable value
  • Assess existing capabilities and identify opportunities to optimize, scale, or extend platforms and services
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution, including dependency management, sequencing, and active risk and issue management
  • Ensure alignment to legal, control, and risk standards by partnering with governance teams to meet policy and audit expectations
  • Maintain delivery artifacts and compliance documentation, ensuring required analysis and control outputs are created, updated, and stored
  • Build and sustain strong relationships across business, technology, data, and operations, influencing outcomes without formal authority

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years plus of experience in product management, business analysis, and/or project/program delivery in business and technology initiatives
  • Demonstrated success delivering outcomes in Agile product delivery environments
  • Experience documenting and managing requirements for complex, interdependent technology features
  • Experience with data management and data quality practices within a control framework
  • 3 years plus of hands-on experience in data querying and/or data quality responsibilities
  • Proficiency in SQL and common analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of Jira and proficiency with documentation/communication tools (e.g., Visio, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proven ability to remove obstacles, drive decisions, and align stakeholders through ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, with ability to establish credibility with senior partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience with Snowflake, including data consumption patterns and governance considerations
