Job Description
As a Medical Receptionist, you play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone contacts our office through the completion of their treatment plan.
  • Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion
  • Register new patients and accurately collect demographic, insurance, and financial information
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using electronic scheduling systems
  • Answer multi-line phones and respond promptly to patient inquiries
  • Collect copayments, balances, and process patient payments according to office procedures
  • Communicate effectively with therapists regarding scheduling needs and patient concerns

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
