Job description

Warehouse Associate
Northeast Wichita

Day Shift 8 to 4 PM

Overtime available.

If you’re looking for a stable role where accuracy matters and your work supports something larger, this is a strong opportunity to step into a shipping and receiving position with a respected aerospace distribution operation.

This is a clean, organized, technology-supported warehouse environment handling high-value aviation materials — a place where people build long-term skills and grow within the industry.

It’s a particularly good fit for someone who enjoys structured workflows, documentation accuracy, and working as part of a reliable team that keeps operations moving safely and on schedule.

What you’ll be doing each day

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Verify materials for identification accuracy and visible condition before movement
• Kitting - Gathering separate items and packaging them together into one ready-to-use set or bundle called a “kit.

• Support outbound shipment staging and routing preparation
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification activities
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely within the facility
• Maintain shipping and receiving supply levels
• Help maintain a clean, organized, safety-focused workspace
• Work closely with teammates to keep shipments moving on schedule

What helps someone succeed in this role

• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse distribution experience
• Comfort working with shipment paperwork and structured workflows
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with WMS, AS400, or MRP systems is helpful but not required
• Ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification helpful, not required)
• Reliable attendance and steady work habits
• Ability to work independently while supporting team priorities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Prior warehouse or distribution experience required

Why people like this opportunity

• Stable Monday–Friday schedule
• Work inside a professional aerospace distribution environment
• Exposure to structured shipping systems used across aviation supply chains
• Opportunity to build long-term logistics experience in a respected industry
• Supportive leadership and clear expectations
• Team-first culture where reliability and accuracy are valued

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants more than a short-term warehouse role — it’s a chance to learn an industry, expand technical shipping skills, and grow inside a well-run operation with long-term potential.
