What you’ll be doing each day
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for identification accuracy and visible damage
• Process and confirm shipping and receiving documentation for internal and external customers
• Validate Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for regulated chemical shipments
• Maintain inventory levels of shipping and receiving supplies
• Support quality control and export-control documentation workflows
• Enter shipment data accurately into warehouse systems
• Assist with general warehouse support activities as needed

• 1–2 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience
• Comfort working on a computer and performing consistent data entry
• Ability to type and navigate warehouse systems confidently
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing documentation and materials

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer and software skills required
• Experience supporting shipping, quality control, or export-control documentation preferred
• Clear background required
• Must pass a drug screen
