• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients’ physical abilities to create customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, stretching techniques, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, aimed at alleviating pain and enhancing mobility.
• Utilize the latest evidence-based practice guidelines to modify and adjust treatment plans based on patients' progress and changing health conditions.
• Document therapy sessions meticulously, tracking patient responses and progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Educate patients and their families on the use of assistive devices, self-care techniques, and home exercise programs, ensuring they are active participants in their recovery journey.
• Involve yourself in ongoing professional development by engaging in workshops, seminars, and relevant continuing education opportunities that enhance your clinical skills.
• Manage and collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively and optimize patient outcomes.

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will primarily engage with a varied patient demographic, focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our patient-centered approach emphasizes rehabilitation through individualized care, fostering positive outcomes and improving daily functional abilities.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Washington.
• A background in orthopedic rehabilitation is a plus, with a preference for candidates who have two or more years of clinical experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective interactions with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• A flexible and adaptive approach to dynamic clinical scenarios, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

• Previous clinical experience in an orthopedic setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A working knowledge of physical therapy modalities and their application to various conditions.

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the candidate. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
