Job Summary:
Our housekeepers are the backbone of the hotel. Youre the one who makes sure that when a guest opens their door, they feel right at home in a spotless, welcoming room. Beyond the guest rooms, youll help keep the whole property looking sharp and manage the laundry so our teams always have what they need to succeed.


Essential Job Duties:

In a nutshell think crisp sheets, stocked towels, and everything in its right place.

      • Stripping and remaking guest beds with fresh linens, ensuring hospital corners are tight, and pillows are fluffedmaking it the first thing a guest wants to jump into.
      • Completely cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, including vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down all surfaces so the space feels brand new for every arrival.
      • Deep-cleaning showers, toilets, and mirrors, and restocking all soaps and amenities so everything is guest-ready.
      • Running the washers and dryers, then folding and sorting linens
      • Jumping in to help tidy up the lobby, the gym, or event spaces when the hotel is busy.
      • Being a Friendly Face: Giving a warm "hello" to guests you see in the halls and helping them out if they need extra amenities or a fresh towel.

Youre someone who shows up on time and can be trusted to work hard without someone looking over your shoulder.

      • Active: Youre comfortable being on your feet, moving around, and lifting about 1520 lbs throughout the day.
      • Team Player: You enjoy working with a small, tight-knit crew and dont mind switching tasks when the team needs a hand.
      • Communication: You can easily chat with guests and keep the front desk in the loop about which rooms are ready.

      • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
      • Hospitality industry experience preferred

      • Constant Movement: Youll be on your feet all daywalking, standing, bending, and kneeling to get those hard-to-reach spots.
      • Lifting: You should be comfortable lifting and moving up to 1520 lbs (think Laundry and vacuums)
      • Hands-On Work: The job requires a lot of reaching, stooping, and using your hands to handle cleaning tools and linens.
      • The Environment: Youll be working in unairconditioned areas, so you need to be comfortable working in warmer temperatures during the summer.
      • Safety: Youll regularly work with cleaning chemicals and need to follow safety protocols to keep yourself and guests safe.
