Job description

Summary:
Leads Safety Culture/Requirements and ensure no Incidents on the project and work closely with Subcontractors / Project team. Manage the key Subcontractors (CTIW and ME& I Construction Services) to ensure deliveries are on time and within budget. Ensure No Change Orders from Subcontractors, apart from unit rate tonnage changes. Manage/Interface with Shaw?s Clearfield team to ensure Pipe spools deliveries are on time (and within project ). Manage the project Cost (update monthly pricing with updates tonnages) with timely invoicing to the Client. Schedule management including guidance / preparation / monitoring of schedule. Prepares cost reports and weekly / monthly progress reports. Leads Client and Subcontractors weekly meeting, including issuance of MOM. Manages all the Change Orders (if any) for the Project. Leads Project Risk and Opportunities reviews. Maintain Client Satisfaction throughout the Project phase. Other duties may also be assigned.

  • Examines and reviews unusual cost records and ensures cost data is allocated correctly.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED), with additional specialized training or college course work and 5 ? 10 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. 
Physical Requirements:
Ability to reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see and to perform repetitive motions. 
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
