Tooling Technician - Day Shift - Friday to Sunday (5:00am - 5:00pm)

Position Overview:

US Conec is seeking a skilled Tooling Technician to join our weekend day shift team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you'll perform maintenance, repairs, and improvements on injection molding tools to support high-efficiency, high-quality production. You'll work closely with the Tooling Lead and production teams to ensure tooling reliability, organization, and readiness. Shift hours are 5:00am - 5:00pm. (Full-time pay!)

Job Responsibilities:

    • erform preventive maintenance, insert changes, and repairs on injection molding tools

    • aintain detailed records of maintenance activities and tool performance

    • dentify tooling issues and report findings to the Tooling Lead
  • P
    • articipate in root cause analysis and implement tooling solutions

    • aintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    • evelop and update Tooling Process Instructions (TPIs) and related documentation

    • rganize and manage tool room components, including spare parts and standard items
