We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Insurance Representative. This role provides hands-on experience in customer service, sales, insurance operations, and professional communication while working alongside experienced insurance professionals.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide the training and support needed to help you develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with questions, service needs, and general insurance-related requests.
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Support customer account updates, documentation, and policy servicing needs.
  • Assist with preparing insurance quotes and reviewing customer needs.
  • Develop strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
  • Learn insurance products, processes, systems, and industry best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced team members to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Develop sales, service, and relationship-building skills in a professional environment.
