Fan Engagement Coordinator

This is a full-time, in-person position located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

About the Fan Engagement Coordinator

The Fan Engagement Coordinator manages and executes day-to-day fan engagement efforts across Audiochuckโ€™s content and platforms. This role serves as a key connection point between the brand and its audience, helping strengthen relationships with our community while supporting fan club operations and engagement initiatives.

This position collaborates cross-functionally to enhance the overall fan experience, ensuring communication is thoughtful, responsive, and aligned with Audiochuckโ€™s voice and values.

What Youโ€™ll DoFan Interaction & Engagement
  • Manage daily listener engagement across multiple fan platforms

  • Respond to fan inquiries in a timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned manner

  • Monitor shared inboxes and maintain consistent communication across channels

Fan Club & Content Support
  • Upload and maintain fan club announcements and content collections

  • Maintain the Fan Engagement department calendar

  • Support fan club initiatives, including coordination with external partners on mailers

Fan Mail & Fulfillment
  • Manage inbound and outbound fan mail and packages

  • Coordinate shipping logistics and maintain necessary supplies

Merchandise & Campaign Support
  • Assist with merch initiatives, including shoot preparation and supply coordination

  • Support campaign logistics tied to fan engagement efforts

Feedback & Insights
  • Gather and organize weekly episode feedback data

  • Track and share fan feedback and audience insights with internal teams

Administrative & Operational Support
  • Log and track escalations and key fan engagement activities

  • Support internal processes and cross-functional projects related to fan engagement

What Youโ€™ll Bring to the Table
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, community management, or fan engagement

  • Strong social media proficiency and comfort engaging across digital platforms

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Passion for community building and fan experience

  • Familiarity with Audiochuck content is a plus
