General Details:

  • Working knowledge of computers; knowledge of the LIMS program a plus

  • Ability to take directions from supervisors
  • Analytical problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of factory process a plus
  • Independent decision-making ability

Specific Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for monitoring sugar end operations against specified targets
  • Responsible for making appropriate adjustments to factory processes as needed
