Physician’s Choice Home Health, a leading provider in the home health care industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Marketing Representative to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time position based in Salem, Oregon, focusing on enhancing and promoting the visibility and utilization of our health services within the local community. The ideal candidate will be primarily involved in facilitating the connection between our services and the healthcare providers and patients who can benefit from them.

This position is not remote and will require proactive engagement within the Salem territory. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving our referral growth and maintaining our reputation as a premium provider of home health services. This role demands a high-energy, self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and grow referral relationships throughout the Salem and surrounding Marion/Polk County areas.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with:
    • Physicians and medical groups
    • Hospitals and discharge planners
    • Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
    • Assisted Living and Residential Care Facilities
    • Case managers and community healthcare organizations
  • Educate referral sources on Physician’s Choice Home Health services, admission criteria, and clinical programs.
  • Actively manage territory with structured call planning and consistent in-person visits.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly referral and census growth goals.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to ensure smooth patient transitions and high satisfaction.
  • Track referrals, activities, and outcomes using CRM and internal reporting tools.
  • Represent the organization at community events, healthcare networking functions, and professional meetings.
  • Ensure full compliance with all federal and Oregon state regulations, including anti-kickback and referral laws.
  • Serve as a professional ambassador of Physician’s Choice Home Health in the Salem market.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare marketing or sales experience, preferably in home health, hospice, or post-acute care.
  • Knowledge of home health eligibility, referral workflows, and payer sources.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain relationships in a competitive healthcare market.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
