Job description

Provide strategic and clinical leadership for the Motor Control team and deliver comprehensive rehabilitation care for children with complex tone, movement and functional challenges
Responsibilities
• Provide medical leadership and oversight for the Motor Control Program at Scottish Rite for Children.
• Evaluate and manage children with cerebral palsy, spasticity, dystonia and other complex movement disorders.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation and tone-management strategies in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform pediatric rehabilitation procedures, including botulinum toxin injections and baclofen pump management, as appropriate.
• Integrate visual and instrumented gait analysis into treatment planning and clinical decision-making.
• Contribute to program development, quality improvement, research and physician education.
• Scottish Rite for Children's commitment to providing care regardless of a family's ability to pay is a core part of the culture and mission.
