We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Overnight Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across a variety of environments, including restaurants, kitchens, and commercial properties.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of restaurant dining areas, bars, prep areas, commercial kitchens, and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Clean and sanitize food‐contact surfaces, equipment exteriors, stainless steel, and high‐touch areas.
  • Degrease floors, walls, hoods, and back‐of‐house surfaces following sanitation protocols.
  • Clean kitchen equipment exteriors (ovens, fryers, grills, refrigerators) as assigned.
  • Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure high-quality results.
  • Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, sanitizing, waxing, and polishing to maintain hygiene, appearance, and safety.
  • Perform carpet vacuuming and spot cleaning in dining and lobby areas.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company procedures.
  • Utilize proper cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Follow established safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Maintain janitorial responsibilities in various settings, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.
  • Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report shortages or replenishment needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning assignments.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client or staff requests and concerns.
  • Communicate any maintenance issues or facility concerns to supervisors.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event preparation.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and meet company quality standards.

What you’ll need:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. (e.g., Social Security number or work permit).
  • Minimum 1 year of commercial, custodial, or restaurant cleaning experience (restaurant/hotel kitchen experience strongly preferred).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred to support communication with clients and team members.
  • Hotel or housekeeping management or kitchen operations experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices and maintaining cleanliness across diverse environments.
  • Experience with floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods is beneficial.
  • Basic training or demonstrated understanding of OSHA Hazard Communication Standards, including proper handling, labeling, and storage of cleaning chemicals.
  • Familiarity with the safe use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
  • Candidates with OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Training or equivalent certifications will be considered favorably.
