As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive mental health services. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions to address the unique needs of each client.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated care and comprehensive support for each patient.
• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to uphold and enhance the quality of care across the clinic.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health concerns, treatment modalities, and available resources within the community.
• Staying abreast of current research and developments in mental health to inform clinical practices and improve patient care.

Your caseload will encompass a diverse group of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be responsible for managing your own client roster, ensuring that treatment goals are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• At least three years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in the provision of psychotherapy services.
• Strong knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy methods and their application.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with clients and collaboration with teammates.
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities for assessment and intervention.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, contributing to overall clinic success.

While not required, the following experiences will be seen as advantageous:

• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital health technologies.
• Specialization in certain therapeutic modalities or populations, such as trauma-informed care or substance use disorders.
• Involvement in community outreach or mental health advocacy initiatives.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
