Role: Terraform Enterprise (TFE) & Ansible Platform Administrator
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid 3days onsite)
Duration: Long Term

Job Description
Seeking an engineer to manage and support Terraform Enterprise (TFE) and Ansible Automation Platform, ensuring robust Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices across our enterprise. Looking for strong communication skills, high energy, taking ownership, and not afraid to engage with customers.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with Terraform (Enterprise/Cloud) administration.
  • Extensive scripting skills in Python.
  • Strong knowledge of HCL, Terraform modules, and remote state management.
  • Experience with Ansible Automation Platform (Tower/AAP).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD integration for IaC pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins).
  • Understanding of AWS, Kubernetes, and OpenShift environments.
  • Knowledge of governance/security practices in IaC.
  • Strong communication skills, high energy, take ownership and not afraid to engage with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Terraform Enterprise platform (workspaces, policies, modules).
  • Manage Ansible Automation Platform, including playbooks, roles, and inventory.
  • Develop, test, and maintain IaC pipelines for AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure.
  • Implement governance policies, version control, and compliance in IaC workflows.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Terraform and Ansible execution pipelines.
