This is a part-time role, not to exceed 20 hours per week and 1,000 hours per calendar year.

Day in the Life of a Resource Analyst Co-Op

We are looking for curious, adaptable, and self-driven individuals with a passion to innovate. Bring your experience and ideas to help us ensure the growth of our company by supporting the manufacturing and creation of our aircraft. No matter where you are in the company you are critical to the success of Bell. As a Resource Analyst Co‑Op, you will support the evaluation of demand and supply, identify potential constraints, assist in workflow planning, and help drive alignment across cross‑functional teams. This role provides hands‑on exposure to operations, supply chain, and production support, helping you build skills that directly impact performance and delivery.

Qualifications

What You Will Need

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major Operations, Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or relevant field required
  • Able to work onsite at the Piney Flats, TN location

  • Able to work from August to December

What Will Make You Stand Out
