Job description

This position is responsible for providing sales support to the Performance Marketing Ad Sales Team for Hallmark Media properties: Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Mystery and Hallmark Family.
The hourly range for this job is between $18.66-$24.86. Hourly rate will take into consideration several factors including location.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Assist the Sales Team with the coordination, execution, and ongoing maintenance of media schedules and client accounts.
  • Enter media buys and revisions into internal systems for the Performance Marketing Ad Sales Team.
  • Distribute pre-logs and post-logs to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Sales Planners to service accounts, support client needs, and help maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Research and help resolve potential discrepancies, including schedule, traffic, billing, or invoice-related issues.
  • Serve as a liaison between Commercial Operations and agencies or clients on traffic-related matters.
  • Maintain orders, schedules, correspondence, and other account documents within an organized electronic filing system.
  • Communicate with clients, agencies, and internal partners on a regular basis to support account needs and workflow.
  • Provide back-up support to other team members, as needed.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have undergraduate degree in related field, such as Marketing, Communication or Advertising.

  • Prior PC experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have a high level of proficiency using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and to understand written and oral instructions.
  • Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interact effectively with a wide variety of people.
  • Effectively plan workload and follows through to completion.
  • Listen well and actively engage others to facilitate positive outcomes.
  • Personally commit to excellence in every aspect of work.
  • Previous database experience.
  • Prior Media internship(s) preferred.
