Laurel Ford is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing, high-energy sales team. In this position, you will guide guests through their entire vehicle purchase journey, from the initial warm greeting on the lot to the final delivery of their new Ford or high-quality pre-owned vehicle.

We provide a steady stream of inbound showroom floor and digital internet traffic, giving you every tool necessary to maximize your unit sales and commissions from day one. Work Requirements
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery Excellence: Oversee the vehicle delivery process, ensuring the vehicle is meticulously detailed and the customer is comfortable with their new vehicle settings.

  • CSI Standards: Achieve high Customer Service Index scores by delivering an easy, transparent, and pressure-free buying experience.

Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience in retail, hospitality, wireless, real estate, or automotive is preferred but not required. We will train the right attitude.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a strong internal drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.

  • Strong listening skills with the ability to handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
