We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Production Supervisor/Lead to join our team and play a key role in the daily success of our processing plant. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, improving processes, and making sure the operation runs safely and efficiently.
As the Plant Production Supervisor/Lead, you will work closely with the management team to oversee plant operations, production, distribution and our team of associates. You'll have the opportunity to directly influence productivity, quality, employee development, and overall plant performance.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, train, and motivate production employees
  • Oversee daily plant operations, including processing, shipping, and distribution
  • Create schedules and ensure staffing needs are met
  • Train and mentor associates while ensuring company training requirements are completed
  • Monitor production, quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase productivity and profitability
  • Address employee concerns and effectively resolve workplace conflicts
  • Conduct employee evaluations and establish performance goals
  • Delegate responsibilities and follow up to ensure work is completed
  • Work closely with the management team and other levels of leadership
  • Help maintain equipment, facility, and overall plant operations
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure company policies and procedures are followed
  • Promote a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment
  • Communicate effectively with employees, management, vendors, customers, and other company locations

What We're Looking For
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English - required
  • Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or plant management experience
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Experience scheduling, training, coaching, and developing employees
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to lead by example and be a hands-on leader
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with employees and leaders at all levels
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook a plus
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-through and good judgment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • High energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Physical Requirements
  • Must be willing to work some weekends as needed
  • Hours may vary based on production and customer needs
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, not required
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as required
