Job description

TEXTILE DESIGNER
Natural Life is looking for a Textile Designer with a love for color, pattern, and free-spirited design. In this role, you'll dream up the vibrant, bohemian prints, embroideries, and jacquards that make our clothing collections feel like Natural Life — carefree, colorful, and inspired by vintage and global influences from around the world.
What you'll do:
• Create original prints, patterns, and embroideries for our seasonal apparel collections
• Blend hand-drawn and painted artwork with Adobe Creative Suite to bring designs to life
• Rework vintage artwork into fresh, on-brand colorways
• Build production-ready art files and CADs that vendors and factories can execute flawlessly
• Review incoming samples and partner with vendors to get every print just right
• Keep a pulse on trends, color, and global design inspiration
What we're looking for:
• 5–8 years of textile/print design experience, ideally in fashion
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• NedGraphics experience is a plus
• Embroidery and embellishment design experience
• A genuine passion for bohemian, vintage-inspired, globally-influenced design
Why You'll Love It Here:
• Creative and inspiring workspace at our Jacksonville Beach office.
• A dedicated, purpose-driven team that lives the Natural Life mission.
• Casual, colorful environment with good vibes and dog-friendly energy.
• Competitive pay and a thoughtful benefits package designed to support your health, time off, and well-being.
• A generous employee discount on Natural Life products.
• A chance to grow with a fast-paced, female-founded brand with heart!
