Position Overview

We are looking for a Production Coordinator / Expeditor to help keep our manufacturing team running smoothly. In this role, you'll coordinate materials, monitor production schedules, and support team members to ensure orders are completed on time and meet quality standards. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a hands-on approach to solving workflow issues.

What you'll do

  • Keep production moving by coordinating materials, supplies, and paperwork between departments
  • Monitor production schedules and help ensure orders are completed on time
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve delays or shortages
  • Support rush orders and changing production priorities
  • Identify workflow issues and help improve efficiency
  • Check for product defects and report quality concerns
  • Follow company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
  • All other duties as assigned

Who you are

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous manufacturing, production, or textile experience preferred
  • Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
  • Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials up to 40 lbs. with assistance when needed
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand movements, bending, reaching, and twisting safely in a manufacturing environment
