What are some common challenges faced by textile consultants when working with clients to improve production processes?

Textile consultants often encounter challenges such as aligning client expectations with feasible improvements, navigating resistance to change from on-site teams, and adapting solutions to fit diverse manufacturing environments. Additionally, consultants must stay updated on the latest industry standards and technological advancements to provide relevant recommendations. Effective communication and a collaborative approach are essential to successfully implement process enhancements and ensure client satisfaction.
