We are hiring a Leasing Consultant for our The Textile Apartments in Cincinnati, OH. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of our community, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, executing creative marketing strategies, and consistently closing tours with signed leases. Your high standards and proactive communication will ensure every prospect and resident receives the best possible experience.
Where You Will Work
You will work at The Textile Apartments, our modern new and recently renovated residential properties located in historic downtown Cincinnati, minutes away from Paycor Stadium. This property features 282 - unit Class - A apartments with sleek interiors, modern amenities, well - lit spaces and a variety of community benefits. In addition you will have the opportunity to lease up our sister property, Textile Lofts, our adjacent 102 unit Class - A property, currently under redevelopment and opening in early 2026.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet prospective residents warmly, build rapport, and provide engaging, informative tours of the community.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries and issues-whether by email, phone, or text-to ensure prospects and residents feel valued and heard.
  • Foster positive, ongoing relationships with residents to support retention and satisfaction
  • Guide applicants through the entire leasing process: application, screening, lease signing, and move-in.
  • Ensure all leasing paperwork is accurate and compliant with TBCO policies and fair housing laws.
  • Participate in resident events and retention programs, contributing to TBCO's reputation for excellence.
  • Consistently close tours with leases by understanding prospect needs, highlighting community features, and overcoming objections.
  • Execute and support marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media outreach, and community events to drive traffic and increase occupancy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and availability to maximize leasing effectiveness.
  • Uphold high standards for the appearance and cleanliness of the leasing office, model units, and common areas.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service (property management experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed leasing goals.
  • Strong marketing background, including experience with digital and social media marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to TBCO's dress code.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Lease up experience or other strong sales experience is a plus
  • Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar property management platforms.
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing regulations.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
