Job description

Post-Live Copywriter

Copywriting Strategist. Brossard.

The sky's the limit. We are looking for a Copywriting Strategist who understands that live website optimization is driven by deep editorial judgment, not just basic text updates.

Who we are

It started with two founders, a basement, and a phone book. Two years of cold calls before there was an office to make them from. Craft still matters here, even on a deadline, because it always has.

We're a band of ingenious misfits helping local business owners be seen. We learn together, we build together, we win together. Onsite in Brossard, minutes from Quartier Dix30, because this floor has an energy you can't manufacture remotely.

Who we all do this for

The roofer with three trucks. The dentist with two clinics. The restaurant owner who's at work by 6am. They built something with their own hands and they don't care about impressions. They want the phone ringing and the calendar full. Your job is to build the product that makes what we deliver undeniable.

This is your role

You will own the lifecycle of post-live copy updates, transforming messy, reactive client requests into conversion-driven website experiences. You evaluate incoming changes through an integrated SEO, UX, and performance lens to solve the root problem instead of just treating symptoms. You know what a request is actually asking for, even when the client can't articulate it.

You bring:

  • 3 to 5 years of web copywriting or content strategy experience with a focus on live optimization.
  • Bilingual fluency in Quebec French and Canadian English, where adaptation is always intent-driven and never literal.
  • Applied knowledge of SEO, AIO principles, UX writing, and conversion frameworks.
  • The confidence to consult directly with client-facing teams, hold your position, and explain your strategic choices clearly.
  • Fluency with AI tools, knowing how to redirect their output strategically instead of just editing the text.
What's in it for you
  • Salary from $56,000 to $62,000
  • 3 weeks vacation and flexible time off.
  • Comprehensive group benefits for you and your family.
  • A private gym,
  • Free parking, transit access
  • Culture that grows better with you.
