Job description

The ideal candidate MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH with law office experience. The candidate should also have very strong communication skills both via phone, text, chat and e-mail, and possess a capacity for data entry, and other tasks related to potential case intake.

The Candidate will, among other things, be responsible for communicating with insurance companies and clients, handling liability and property damage claims, writing settlement Demands, requesting medical records, and negotiating liens. The applicant must be very organized and detail oriented. Experience is not required but preferred.
