Texas Instruments (TI) is seeking a full-time Applications Engineer in Dallas, Texas. TI is front‑line in the electronics industry and is ready for the next big challenge. Our innovations are at the core of nearly every product in use today, and we are developing breakthrough technology to power the future.

Our business is experiencing rapid growth in a fast‑growing market segment. We are searching for an applications engineer who is passionate, innovative, and eager to take an active role in product definition, from characterization through ramp, and to provide post‑ramp application support to customers.

Responsibilities include:
  • Work with design, marketing, and product definition teams to successfully launch new products into the market.
  • Promote Texas Instruments’ products and provide appropriate technical solutions to customers to solve their design challenges.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Design EVMs (Evaluation Models), socket boards, and review customer board design schematics and layouts.
  • Support customer returned silicon with bench debugging while closely working with Design, Product Engineering, Quality, and Systems teams.
