Position Summary

ENT and Allergy Associates, of Texas, is seeking a self‑motivated, people‑friendly, full‑time licensed Audiologist for our Katy and Memorial City office locations. This large, multi‑site ENT practice is expanding its audiology staff in the Texas area due to dynamic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish rapport with patients and gather their histories.
  • Conduct audiometric testing.
  • Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
  • Fit hearing aids and assist with adjustments, questions, or problems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient files.
  • Own assigned schedule to maximize patient throughput.
  • Support and coach team members to achieve practice goals.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Audiology, Au.D. preferred.
  • Active and current hearing‑aid dispensing license.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Team‑player who works well in a collaborative environment.
  • Professional communication skills with patients, physicians, and staff.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $80,000 – $110,000 per year.
