Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Test Engineer to join an agile Software Development team within Client Pathology Lab R&D. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test strategies and automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute end-to-end test strategies and test plans

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts

Perform various testing types including:

Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing

Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

Conduct root cause analysis and improve test coverage

Leverage AI tools to enhance test planning, execution, and reporting

Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to best practices

Ensure compliance with quality standards (regulated environment is a plus)

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in software testing and QA engineering

Strong understanding of:

Black-box, White-box, Functional, Non-functional, Regression, Integration testing

Hands-on experience with test automation using Python, Java, or C#

Experience with automation tools such as:

Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

Experience with test management tools (Jira, HP ALM)

Exposure to AI-driven testing tools and frameworks

Experience mentoring or leading QA team members
