10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.


Demonstrated
ability to integrate the whole picture through creation of end-to-end
test scenarios along with functional, regression, and performance
(stress/load) test plans,

  • Advanced knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, automated testing and terminology
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL server and writing SQL queries. Any experience with ETL is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly assess requirements of a project, set performance goals and assess the scope of a project
  • Experience in reporting test results to different functional groups, proficient at Excel
  • Proven ability to deliver products with highest quality and on time.
  • Strong software troubleshooting and software problem analysis skills
  • A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Ability
    to gain the respect of the development teams on the basis of technical
    knowledge, hands-on style and decision-making ability on technical
    issues.
  • Very effective oral, written and presentation skills and
    the ability to resolve issues in a collaborative effort.  This will
    have a customer facing component for Customer facing acceptance of the
    solution.
  • Ability to prioritize, solve complex tasks and recognize and escalate risks without supervision
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple activities with changing priorities simultaneously.
  • Competency
    to utilize Company software and proficiency in Microsoft software
    applications and a willingness to learn new systems as necessary.
  • Proven track record serving in a leading role in Quality Assurance teams.
  • Ability to work in a Fast Paced Environment and Interact effectively with different groups and escalate risks on time.
  • Ability to function as a team player and to be a self-starter.
  • Experience with developing/ enhancing automation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to travel and work as needed to meet Company objectives.
  • College Degree is required. Typically these skills result from an undergraduate degree in computer science or related subject.
