Job Summary
The Test Lead for Functional Testing is responsible for planning, deploying, and managing the testing efforts for project modules to ensure compliance with both client and internal quality standards. This role emphasizes the importance of thorough testing processes in achieving high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Participate In Functional And Technical Discussions With Clients And Team Members, Utilizing Knowledge Of Functional Testing To Understand Specifications And Highlight Performance Concerns While Preparing Automated Test Scripts And Maintaining The Test Case Suite.
2. Develop And Continuously Enhance Automated Tests In Line With New System Features And Improvements, Creating Effective Work Plans And Monitoring Schedules To Ensure Timely Delivery In Accordance With Defined Quality Standards.
3. Design And Implement Scalable Test Automation Frameworks, Develop Comprehensive Test Strategies And Plans, Manage Test Data, And Prepare Status Reports To Mitigate Risks And Address Project Escalations Proactively.
