Service Delivery Center Manager – Financial Services Organization – QA Guidewire

Your Key Responsibilities

The role centers on providing exceptional testing subject‑matter expertise and solving complex problems that make a difference for our clients. You will serve as a high‑profile contact for resolving complex issues and become a credible advisor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions with industry impact.

To Qualify, You Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 4 years of Guidewire experience.
  • Experience working in the insurance sector.
  • Strong experience on Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, Billing Center, rating engine and integration with external vendors.
  • Good test knowledge on rating concepts such as premium calculations, discounts and surcharges coverages.
  • Strong quality engineering skills with test automation experience in tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience on SOAP and REST services test concepts.
  • Strong property & casualty insurance domain knowledge across personal and commercial products, its risks and coverages.
  • Ability to augment QE practice go‑to‑market capabilities in the service delivery.
  • Tools/Frameworks/Software skills: Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber, IntelliJ, SOAP UI, Postman, Oracle SQL Developer, Gitlab, Jira, Xray, Hexawise.
  • Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments.
  • Technical competency experience with Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, User Acceptance Test Coordination, IT Organizational Change Management, Performance Testing Program Management, Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Data Management, IT Life Cycle Management or IT Delivery Management.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
  • Approximately 5 years of financial services experience, including prior consulting experience.
  • Guidewire certifications.
  • Relevant industry certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, PMP or other specialized IT certifications.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package based on performance and the value you bring. Pay ranges: U.S. geographical locations: $86,600 to $197,800. New York City, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento): $103,900 to $224,700. The Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
