Job description

As our Test Program Manager, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day.

The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

You’ll be responsible for defining, leading, and continuously improving test, validation, and quality practices across complex enterprise projects. You’ll ensure that products, systems, and processes for enterprise projects meet quality standards and business expectations through strategic planning, crossfunctional collaboration, and disciplined execution.

You’ll lead the end-to-end quality and testing strategy for enterprise projects. You’ll help embed quality across consumer journeys and delivery teams, giving leadership the evidence needed to make informed release decisions. Your insights will also help strengthen integration testing and expand the consumer journey test inventory.

You’ll operate across the full delivery lifecycle — shaping test strategy, driving quality governance, enabling teams, and measuring outcomes — while balancing nearterm execution with longterm quality transformation.

We hire people, not positions. That's because, at Concora Credit, we put people first, including our customers, partners, and Team Members. Concora Credit is guided by a single purpose: to help non-prime customers do more with credit. Today, we have helped millions of customers access credit. Our industry leadership, resilience, and willingness to adapt ensure we can help our partners responsibly say yes to millions more. As a company grounded in entrepreneurship, we're looking to expand our team and are looking for people who foster innovation, strive to make an impact, and want to Do More! We’re an established company with over 20 years of experience, but now we’re taking things to the next level. We're seeking someone who wants to impact the business and play a pivotal role in leading the charge for change.

As our Test Program Manager, you will:

  • Bring proven experience implementing and running quality and testing practices across complex enterprise project delivery environments.
  • Define what good looks like across functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Build and operationalize practical end-to-end test strategies that align to business priorities, technical design, and delivery plans.
  • Establish strong test design practices by helping teams turn use cases and requirements into clear, traceable test scenarios and cases.
  • Set expectations for meaningful test coverage that validates core journeys, edge cases, defects, and business risk.
  • Coach business testers and delivery teams on effective testing practices, execution discipline, issue management, and quality ownership.
  • Ensure teams produce complete, credible, and auditable test evidence that supports quality decisions and stakeholder confidence.
  • Use sound judgment to assess testing outcomes, identify gaps, and determine whether quality standards have been met for release readiness.
  • Act as the go-to leader for quality and testing practices across product, technology, and business teams.
  • Recognize quality risks early, raise the right concerns, and drive teams toward practical mitigation and resolution.
  • Set and reinforce quality expectations through influence, credibility, and expertise rather than formal authority.
  • Continuously improve testing practices, tools, and team effectiveness to raise quality outcomes over time.
  • Build repeatable, scalable testing practices, templates, and standards that help teams consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Champion a quality-first culture throughout the organization by promoting best practices and accountability.

These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

We know experience comes in many forms and that many skills are transferable. If your experience is close to what we're looking for, consider applying. Diversity has made us the entrepreneurial and innovative company that we are today.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience leading technology and process quality, testing, and validation practices in QA, SIT, engineering, or related delivery roles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain quality standards, testing outcomes, and risks to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and running quality and testing practices in complex delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end testing and the judgment to define what good looks like across functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Proven ability to build test strategies, establish standards, and guide teams in executing disciplined, effective testing practices.
  • Experience leading or shaping UAT and partnering with business stakeholders to ensure readiness, coverage, and quality decision-making.

What’s In It For You:

  • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance for you and your family
  • Relax and recharge with Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 6 company-observed paid holidays, plus 3 paid floating holidays
  • 401k (after 90 days) plus employer match up to 4%
  • Pet Insurance for your furry family members
  • Wellness perks including onsite fitness equipment at both locations, EAP, and access to the Headspace App
  • We invest in your future through Tuition Reimbursement
  • Save on taxes with Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Peace of mind with Life and AD&D Insurance
  • Protect yourself with company-paid Long-Term Disability and voluntary Short-Term Disability
