What You'll Do
As a member of our Top-Dressing Crew, you'll:
  • Service residential and commercial properties safely and efficiently
  • Use hand and powered equipment to apply top-dressing and lawn treatments
  • Perform soil analysis and help control insects, weeds, and diseases
  • Educate homeowners on proper lawn and landscape care
  • Identify lawn issues and recommend customized solutions
  • Upsell additional services to existing and new customers
  • Communicate clearly with customers and resolve concerns onsite

Pay & Position Details
  • Hourly wage: $18.50 - $20.00 (based on experience)
  • Hourly, non-exempt position
