Job Title:         Test Technician
Client:              Medical Device Manufacturing Industry
Location:         Lafayette, CO 80026
Duration:         12 Months (Possible Extension)
Shift:                1st Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Set up test equipment, fixtures, and test apparatus for product testing
• Conduct testing of production assemblies and units following established procedures and specifications
• Assemble, layout, modify, and troubleshoot production equipment and systems
• Perform equipment calibration, adjustments, and validation activities
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and replace or repair defective components
• Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, drawings, and technical documentation
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and test equipment
• Collect, analyze, and document test data and results
• Generate technical reports and communicate findings to engineering teams
• Monitor product quality and support process control activities
• Support production, operations, maintenance, and product development teams
• Train and mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance
